why fudge?

I lost a chance of making some pocket money :(

The prices I hear about are ridiculously low...I can't imagine how they squeeze in shipping and taxes (can't bribe the customs when you're an importer)...

Gee, how thrilling, I have tomorrow off as usual :D

Thinking about starting this webpage we have to do for a group project, haven't even met any of the group members yet but I can do HTML in my sleep...

4000-level classes should not be this easy.

I think I've made up my mind on if I am going to go for my boss's job.

He is going part time on July 1 (3 days a week), fully retiring on Nov 1, '09 (thats when his anniversary is). I talked with him the other day, and he would like me to take his job, and the other two professors that deal with the shop would like me to take his job as well.

I've been working there for 1.5yrs and know about all of the general workings, people, tricks to the machines, etc, Dave (my boss) said he will help me get fully situated before he leaves and teach me all that I will need to know about being an electrician (3-phase testing, wiring, etc, etc, I already know some) before he leaves. I can already do most mill/lathe work and basically anything that needs done in the metal/wood shop.

I'd be 22 and running the Civil Engineering shop, I would be getting trained on the MTS machines as well (up in Minnesota) and completing my engineering degree. Once I get my BS, I'd go to full salary, 45k/yr, health care, 12 paid sick and 12 paid vacation days per year, and whatnot.

I would also be able to use the shop for personal use when nothing else is there to do (aka, build speakers) and do that there until I can get my own shop up and running. Work there for awhile until I can get my own custom speaker/fabrication business up and running and then go from there.

All in all its a good job, nothing to demanding, and I really enjoy what I do there too.

Do custom speakers and fabrication as a side job for some extra cash too. It'd be anything from custom entertainment centers, to welding, to crazy ass speakers. :)

So I found out that rolling down my windows made my midbasses stop working. TMAX rolled down my right window today and bye bye. hope its just catching the wires. I really have no clue why it would though the crossover is mounted directly below the midbass.

So now I have two tweeters.... I never realized how little of the spectrum a tweeter covered even though it technically covers a majority of it
