Instead of opening a full-sized gym right off the bat, I believe I have decided to open a sport performance centre for elite high school, college/university, and pro/semi-pro athletes (individuals or team sessions). I am able to finance the larger gym, however, the capital gained by using this stepping stone method makes for a great transition. Basically a no-BS gym - Olympic platforms, loud music, chalk all over the place, power racks, kettlebells and not much else. No dumbbell bicep curls or tricep pressdowns here. Functional, 'integrated' training. For all I know, I may enjoy the aforementioned too much and not wish to create anything else.

Let's see if I can find time to revise the business plan, have it reviewed, and sent out to the copiers sometime in the next couple months ... then wait for approval.
