Pulled the forms off of some concrete beams at work today, and that was the biggest pain in the ass ever. Its a good thing OSHA wasn't around when we picked them up and put them on carts...

Who ever set the forms up in the concrete lab so we couldn't use the two overhead hoists needs to be smacked.

We had to pull the forklift in there use it on one side and an engine hoist on the other...

describing a '79 Camaro convertible:

It was so ugly you would have had to tie a pork chop around it for the dog to play with it.

Never had to chop wood before.

The only time I ever run a chainsaw is is clearing out waterways of hedge/locus trees.

Not exactly a stress relief. :)

I had a chain saw, using poppi's axes'. Good for the body, but the back is tweaked a little from the game last night, I will go at it tomorrow morning. Just with the cold weather setting in, and a tree that had already fallen in the back yard means free heat.

AHHHHH, Demonoid got busted too!

The CRIA threatened the company renting the servers to us, and because of this it is not possible to keep the site online. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your understanding.

What is that new music place that replaced oink?

STMusic.org is the biggest one at almost 50k users, they just went to invite-only yesterday...

There's a couple other private trackers like waffles.fm, what.cd, funkytorrents.com...none are really replacements for Oink just yet.

Good thing I signed up last week. Are all those other trackers invite only?

Yes, except Funkytorrents, for now...they're having major server issues...which is annoying me because I'm trying to get five or six albums from there.

Is FLAC pretty easy to convert to a lesser form (MP3)?

Sure, you can reduce SQ easily but you can't get it back.

Plans were to put the lesser copy on the iPod since it doesn't support FLAC
