Just talked to Sir Mantz, current ZED stock is almost out. And they will not be making another run of these amps. I very badly want a Gladius w/BB and Deuce w/BB for my active front stage. :(

I have to learn not to bother talking audio on car forums. Ignorance is bliss :(

Example: "I also don't see the point in having expensive headphones to listen to lossless music on your computer... when there is no possible way to listen to that lossless format while on the move... which is what headphones are for."

:(

Should be heading to work... Instead I'm in the hop and contemplating what bland lunch I will be preparing shortly

I have concluded that one's taste is music can be seen as directly proportional to their taste in alcohol

I don't know , I will drink most any alcohol with the exception of tequila . But one would have to strap to the chair to get me to listen to country music. :)

I like country myself but am also the first to tell you that its not really music, more like bar chants lol.

My music is really starting to dissapoint me to tell ya the truth. I really need to refresh the Ipod. I'm also going to rid my computer of any mp3 less that 192kbs and replace it.... which is probably most of it

Check the codec used to encode, not the bitrate. Look for VBR (variable bit rate) mp3's encoded with the v0 or v2 setting. Google for a program called audio identifier that will help you.

If it is CBR, then it is usually safe to assume that at a lower bitrate, the quality will be lower (although this says nothing about transcodes). If it is VBR, the bitrate is not a guarantee of quality in any way, shape or form.

I'll agree that most popular country music, hell pretty much all "popular music" regardless of genre sucks, more often than not.

*goes back to listening to Waylon Jennings*

I was always taught sound by definition is vibrations transmitted through , liquid, gas ( air ) , or an elastic solid . So dumbing it down so my hillbilly brain can comprehend it. :D A vibration is movement , Hence the reason I wondered what sound was if it's not moving air . :)

Yeah, I guess we're both right. It's vibrational movement. Fans definitely can't do that though.

Note: If you are walking up the stairs in my lecture room and have to hold your jeans up with your finger through the back loop, I will tell you (especially if you are late), in front of the entire class, to buy a belt to hold your pants up because not even the concrete wants to see that.

male or female?
