I know, I know, I know.

My computer HD is on the way out so I haven't bothered to really download a whole lot of it. I need to pick up some SATA cables and use these 80 gig drives I've had sitting on my desk all semester.

The more the semester progresses the more I just use my headphones for almost all my music listening.

The maggies are used for HT basically, the BIB's are sitting in the corner virtually unused, my MTM's are at home, my 3" quarter wave computer speakers I love but don't really use all that often really.

chit, I've got a lot of different setups.

All you'd need is a RAID controller and you'd be set...

My server takes IDE drives, don't know why Dell didn't go with SATA...

Sorry, I took one of your previous posts as to being interested in mine since I will sell them without hesitation.

oh ok lol. Yeah I was just joking (somewhat), though I wouldn't mind visiting Kansas, and I wouldn't mind replacing my Fathers "bose" setup with some BIB's like that when he isn't looking, to let him hear so real stuff but sadly are house was not built with ANY kind of audio in mind

I like a program called Exact Audio Copy...it rips it to .WAV first and then converts it to FLAC. There are others, though.

People torrent FLAC albums just as they do MP3 ones, as well...

Ofcourse, I was curious of its origin.

It was kind of like AIDS and STD's . You can get it from other people but no one knows the original source lol

I need to check out that program, I have lots of CD's I want to convert before they get scratched all to hell

If I was to design a dorm setup again and didn't have the smallest of rooms I think I would do a 2-way with a 10 or 12 and a Horn.
