EAC can rip audio off of DVDs, yes?

Someone's sending me a DVD of FLAC files I was looking for, not sure if EAC can rip it though. Don't see why not, I have a DVD-RW drive on the laptop.

It sounds as if it is just burned as data on the disc, in which case there is no EAC required; it's virtually just a copy and paste dealie from the disc to your target folder.

Sweet.

One more question you probably know the answer to...I got a bunch of stuff in a CD image format...so there's one huge FLAC file and .cue sheets. How do I go about breaking it up into individual tracks, do I have to burn it to CD using the .cue and rip it like that?

does anyone know how to properly cite when the paper is APA format? I'm having to do a paper in APA and I'm so used to MLA. I have a book that is suppose to tell you but all I see is a last name and my references are all websites(yes I know I will lose credit but oh well).

There's a website out there that will automatically do citations for you if you enter in author, name, publisher, all that good stuff.

Google it, I can't remember the URL off hand. But it saved my ass in HS when they cared about that kind of stuff.

I have never encountered that personally but it should work just fine. It depends on how the CD image was burned, of course, but that should work fine.

Eh, if I can't hold a decent intelligent conversation with a woman, I don't really deem them worth my time...

Sad part is the majority of the time it seems to me that looks and intelligence are inversely related. :(

both points are quite true

wait a minute.

exception :

close friend of mine.

:P

that trend only applies to American girls

MANSON, Wash. -- A Chelan County fire chief says a couple were lucky they weren't killed by a cow that fell off a 200-foot cliff and smashed their minivan. District 5 Chief Arnold Baker says they missed being killed by a matter of inches Sunday as they drove on Highway 150 near Manson.

The 600-pound cow fell about 200 feet and landed on the hood of the minivan carrying Charles Everson Jr. and his wife Linda of Westland, Mich., who were in the area celebrating their one-year wedding anniversary. They were checked at Lake Chelan Community Hospital as a precaution.

FREE STEAK DINNER!! :o :o

I put the following on a midterm as a bonus and you should've seen some of the responses. I'll have to post my PP giving the 'special' answers I received.

"A cup is sitting on a table and is filled to the top with water. An ice cube is floating in the water. When this ice cube completely melts, does the cup overflow?"

i had that question on a physics exam.

And I bet you did not answer it with "gravity acts on the ice causing the ice to melt in the cup, which causes the cup to spill"

something about like...1/4 of the cube is above the water line, so when it melts there will be that much more water IN the cup, but the ice cube's crystalline structure causes the same increase in volume, so melting will cause a reduction in it. So the overall volume of the cup is the same.

i don't remember any of the actual specifics though
