Now comes the chore of playing my realtor to help him play the one that the owner of the house is working with. Trying to game plan that isn't trivial and can make a rather large difference in our buying power.

I just wanted to let my fellow hoppers know, myself and Flip over at CA.com are trying to arrange a Meet in Tunica Mississippi if anyone is interested. Hang out during the day, Casinos at night. It will be December 15th as of right now, might be subject to change but we have to see how many people are even interested.

Found out I can get in on a Sears Group discount through a different insurance agent. If I can get insured on the 135i for about $150/month, I'm gonna go for it.

I need a new project to build.

I'm thinking another pair of BIB's, probably with a 6" Fostex or something, possible replacement for the Maggies in the basement. *No, I am not planning on selling them any time soon, just find another use for 'em.
