Yes that is a good ole fashioned bone in chuck roast. The folks are coming over and I'm making some good ole red chile pot roast. Grass fed beef does taste a whole lot better but alas I don't have the budget that will allow it...someday though, someday...

Brisket, chuck, short loin, tenderloin, sirloin, round, flank, plate, shank, rib, oxtail, I'll eat pretty much anything on the cow save for organ meats and intestines. Same goes for most other animals as well...

As for the beer, name some nationally available brands and I can prolly pick them up next time, since I'm within a 5 minutes drive of no less than 6 very well stocked liquor stores.
