I have been looking for another auto lately too. Seriously thinking of the new turbo diesel vdubs . Hard to beat that mileage :)

You mean the V10 Tourag?

Bug acutally , given my new quest of world SQ domination. One look at the dash in a new bug and I was hooked :D

Passat? those are nice. So if the chitbox was the daily driver, what would the VW replace?

Main reason I was looking at the bug , is my next vehicle will be for SQ competition . And the bug's dash is just screaming for it :)

I just want to smack my cousin sometimes. I've grown up helping on the far, basically on 24hr call anytime I am home. While my cousin on the other had has grown up on a farm, not doing much at all if anything. He won't even learn to run the f'ing planter right now to help his old man out for a couple of hours... Lazy pucker.

Maybe its just around here, but if you live on a farm, you should work on the farm atleast part of the time during planting/harvest to help the old man out...

I wish I could :(... my allergies prevent that.

So, I just do a bunch of the mechanical & electrical repairs when I am home. Always seems to be a 2 page list of things to do when I get there :ehh:

Well it is put together now. I do realize that my painting of the flush mount looks less than stellar, but you won't see it when the driver is in. All I had was some really chitty brush and some testors model paint. Since this is just a very temporary solution I am not sure it will even see carpet or paint. It could be paint ready fast though.

This is the first "normal" box that I have built in a few years. Amazing how much easier a cube like structure is compared to something unusual like what is in the truck. When I get home tonight, I get to give her a listen. Right now the paint is drying.

working out sucks. my left arm is damn near useless but hopefully that will change soon. still can't touch anything over 15lbs with the left arm but i refuse to use a different weight on the right one.

by the end of july i hope to have most of my stomach gone and have my left arm at least close to my right one in strength, we'll see how that goes though

i actually discovered last night that the heavy bag will probably be my best friend for the arm. It seems to shock it just enough.

Lungs are getting better everyday. Still tough on them and not my body to run, but someday....

Garage is now clean too. Amazing how many friggin' tools it takes to cut out a square box.
