mom is doing better. she told us it really relaxed her to talk with us this evening. with a bit of patience you can carry a conversation. just keep the tricky words out.

my aunt on the other hand pissed me off completely. dad talked to her on the phone the other evening and i listened to the conversation on the phone in my room. she started complaining that it was our fault mom got into this chit...

oh, and she kept saying : "blood is thicker than water". yeah, like after we moved last year blood wasn't thicker than water, she didn't want to talk to us.

15 min ago dad calls her. she told dad she didn't expect me to say : "we'll have to get used to mom beeing sick". i was like wtf ? is she THAT retarded ? i specifically told her we have to accept the situation and understand that we can't do anything at this moment. wtf, did she want to see me bang my head on the hospital walls, or slash my throat ??? noone wanted this to happen. it was like she was acusing us.

Thats messed up. Maybe shes just looking for someone to blame? But focus on that your mom is improving and forget about that other bullchit. Im glad to hear she is recovering. Hope she fully recovers.

and she was feeling good and talking better wednesday evening.

turns out that the horrible headache 2 days before the stroke was a mild stroke. i'm going to kill the doc from the ambulance. he said her blood pressure was too small. didn't even think it could be a stroke.

i can't even eat. dad's at the hospital to see if she woke up, but i'm afraid to call him. i'm totally trashed.

So if I hit burn ... would I simply be able to pop that disc in my DVD player and have it play?

Use ntsc format , make sure the output is the dvd drive and not image. I got Nero ultra and the pos likes to switch to image recorder by itself sometimes. Then burn THE beeyotch. Iffin I new somebody who would have happened to have burnt that exact movie cough cough it should take about and hour for encoding and burning

And yeah , if your dvd player is capable of playing cdr's or rw's then yep. Pop it in , the menu will come up, press play. Nero is pretty cool. You can import pictures and make your own menu backdrops and stuff. Has a bunch of different transition effects when you piece clips together.
