good morning people's...

all is well in your necks of da woods i hopes...

good here...doctor appointment first thing....6 more weeks of therapy for my neck. yay! but it isn't all bad, i don't really miss work or have any pain, anymore. it's actually working. still yet, i can't wait for it to be over.

wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :slayer:

Everyone who has ever had therapy hates it...........Could be worse though i suppose........I mean could be poison tipped acupuncture.......

Anyone care to answer this..........why is alch. the solution to any feeling???

Or run 2 3mile runs tonight around the lake and clean the house now?

I know those number pale in comparsion to steveo,

but he is a power lifter and I am a soccer player, so I cannot gain anymore weight, but mass is ok, and have to lean down as much as I can, so making the most of the frame I have.

Those are awesome numbers for what you're trying to achieve - especially coming off of that knee injury!

And I think I'm leaning into bodybuilding more than powerlifting. Mass + reps > Fat ass + rep.

Actually, yeah, I fit into the bodybuilding column.

well I have done near zero weights on my legs, only cardio, and as minimal impact as possible,

but the knee does have to support the weight, I guess I fit into bb class also with the weight and sets I do, but I am pretty much married and will be with the same woman from now on so my goals are a little different..

I would like to keep trying to see if I can get below 9% BF and still put on some mass.

^not a bad 5k you have there. Im hoping to break the big 20 by the end of the summer.

I think that once I break 20 it should be easy sailing untill i try to break 18 :(.

BTW was that on a TM or actualy out running?

THat was indoors due to the sheer heat and humidity. My knee will not hold up well outside on a day like today.

TM's are annoying to me. Reguradless of how much easier it is my body seems to feel like im doing all this work and getting nothing.

Seems like the harder the corse the faster I run. at Districts last year the whole thing was mudd and puddles pretty much and i did a 20:21 where my previous best was a 21:XX for a TRUE 5k (and not just 3mi).

Im looking to break 18 by the end of this season. Well decision is made. Im going to go throw some laundry in and run up the hill. If im feeling good ill keep going, if not ill turn back and make it only 2mi.

its 95* with one hell of some humidity right now.

Should be able to - that would be prime shape for soccer season.
