Sean, where in Europe are you?

Waldbronn Germany, right in between Stuttgart and Frankfurt.

The person that took and I assumed passed honors english and still can't spell for a damn.  Now that makes me laugh.

The last time I had an English class (1st semester freshman year), I was amazed at how badly people could write...and THAT was in an honors class.

The regular class was two semesters long.

They figured the only way to get more than three people in their class they had to do one of two things. Number one was raise the level of education, and we all know that isn't going to happen. Number two is lower your standards. :wacky:

Hey, as long as they gave me transfer credit, I didn't care...I didn't even take an AP or honors English class in high school, just put a ton of time into the essay I wrote and scored in the 750'ish range on the verbal part of the SAT.

Don't ask about the math part, though... :rofl2:

Opposite for me, I got a 790 on the math portion but don't ask about the other half.

I keep hearing how the New River is such a good smallmouth fishery...think I should bring my light tackle stuff up there this year. VA probably wants a left nut for a freshwater license though :(

Do it, do it now. Average smallmouth on the new river runs right around 2lbs. Which is huge for around here. Caught one last year that weighed in at 6 lbs 15oz. Was a state record for about two weeks, till a dude caught one on the same section of the new river that weighed in at 7lbs 6oz. There are a bunch of game wardens but not on the part of the new river I fish . Lots of military gaurds in the area though. They don't care what you do in the river, as long as you don't step on the government land :)

And you don't need tackle , If you get the itch to go. Just let me know . I have an extra rod or 50 in the garage. Baitcast or spinning, what ever floats your boat. :)

Just be prepared for one of the roughest , ungodly sounding, bottom scraping, lower unit knocking rides you have ever had in a boat. Scares the hell out of everyone I take through there on the first trip. But it's not that bad really :)

The james is pretty fun sometimes too . Just the past couple of years the fish size has been down . Numbers are through the roof but no size to them . With the new river you have that occasional musky bite when your least expecting it . hook into one of those monsters and it will change your whole outlook on freshwater fishing rather quickly :)

I know you didn't invite me this time, but you did a while ago. Seeing the 6.15 comment though expedited it happening.
