i know this dont belong here but i have a stereo at home it came with 2 detachable speakers and it has 2 positive and negatives plus to put the wires in my question is can i get all the bass notes to a sub iv got laying around

I haven't decided if I'm going to respond or not.

*edit* I wrote a response... see what it yields me. I figure if someone is looking down the path of the dark side, I'll help them out.

Just got outa the woodshop (No pictures for you picture whores)

Workin on a quad Dayton Reference tower ~2.8 cubes ported to 40 hz, 16"^2 of port. 

I've got the hole cut for the tweet, and one woofer.  The top and bottom glued on one of the sides.  *Of course all the pieces are cut also*

If I get work on it tommorow evening, I should be able to put some power to it late evening. 

This one is just a trial demo beater cabinet (MDF).  I really didn't want to screw up with 60$ per sheet baltic birch ply.

Rough dimensions are 4'x11"(deep)x9.5"
