Been a while since I trained for speed and agility.

speed and agility don't mean nothing when i drop the hammer..lol..as my coworker found out today when we slap boxed..

james is always talking shit about his juke and jive moves. he's going to wear my old ass out, get me tired, and then drop me. i keep telling him, i'm not chasing, i'm waiting. today, he found out what i meant...

we start slap boxing..he's bouncing around, comes in to jab and juke, only i'm quicker then he tought...BOOM! i slap he's cheek with a right before he can even blink...his response..
