My routine...

6am wake up

6:15ish 100 situps 50 pushups

6:30 shower

7 hour drive to work

11:30 lunch 3 days a week, workout 2. Workouts consist of free weights and aerobic activities

12:30 back to work

5:30-6 start home

6:45-7 dinner

8 gym M, W, F power lifting (well, not really I am scrawny)

9-whenever forums and bed

Routine changes daily. Saturdays I work on home style physical therapy for my ankle that still hasnt healed :(

Steve, what time do you go into work?

Now that I'm training, ~ 11, 11:30. Work 'til 5ish. You'll find me in the office later than that usually.

Work some Saturdays. I can generally do a weeks work in the peace and quiet of after hours in a Saturday.

I don't lift tomorrow, so I'll be in at work around 7, out around 3:30.

11.55min but i can't see the buttons on the calc cause the light is off, sounds about right to me though

aren't you asian????

I think I'll go to campus tomorrow and just eat lobster until I'm stuffed...

Need to burn a large hole in my meal plan before they delete all of it.
