I am sure that they wouldn't hold up offroad, or do super towing big stuff but my boat only weighs 3800lbs so it isn't really that big.

Haven't had any problems yet.

Put both trucks through some pretty deep off roading adventures and they've held up just fine.

And I've towed 15000lbs back and forth to the lake through the mountains a few times.

Excellent, I too will be occasionally towing 13k lbs if everything goes as planned. Not for a year or two though. In my case, I will never have to break 30mph with the load though.

My offroad comment was just based on the fact that it is so civilized on road, the others seem not unlike my 95 F150 which can surely take a beating but you feel it everywhere.

thanks Steve I'm always so curious about what other people eat.

Is the shake a creamy or fruity one?

I have a lot of variations for the smaller meals ... I need to make them a little larger though.

The shake winds up being creamy. I have chocolate flavored powder, but I'll be going to strawberry next timeso I can throw some fresh strawberries in there as well. I always add a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream as well.

Bodybuilders eat too much protien..i mean goddamn. I eat alot because peanut buter is only second to air and moutian dew on my list of intake but geesh.

i dont know but i was talking to this one body builder dude last time i got my hair cut (he was in the chair next to me).

he hasnt had anything but chicken, low fat beef, fish, water, and some home grown veggies along with vitamin suplaments for the past 4 months getting ready for some big big show that has pro body building scouts. Dude was ripped like no other. He also told me about calorie loading, and how it affects how ripped you will look on any given day. Complicated chit.

steve posted a link a while back to a guy talking about dehydrating your skin to make it papery looking therefore your muscles bigger. sounds pretty unhealthy...but w/e so is binge drinking and eating chocolate 4 hours a day like it's a job

Of course - lots of studies both for and against, though. Some say you'll notice some effects, others say you just shit it out. Again, the whole too much protein thing in bodybuilding could stem from some guys using "other" performance enhancers (not food) ... coupled with a large intake and already stressed system ... "Too much", or excess, of most things isn't great for you.

I'm nowhere near being close to damaging myself.

That is the day before the competition...weeks leading up to it is all about calorie loading and dying your skin dark so you get more contast lines when you flex.
