La mason here in the noke, then Hotel roanoke. Did exhibition cooking. Flipping the omelets in the air and that kind of crap

Bread is all in the kneading. Too much it's hard as a rock. To little it doesn't hold together

big pot of boiling water. Add some old bay seasoning to the water when you first put it on. Then a little lemon juice in the water. And boil them. Time varies depending upon the size, and weight of the crab legs. When they turn bright red they are done

Pretty much the same way you boil shrimp except they turn pink. Almost the same way as lobster, except you don't use the old bay with lobster. Lobster turns bright red as well
