Trying to line up the shift linkage, water tube, and the drive shaft all at the same time. In an area that's only like 5 inches wide sucks doo doo :)

Yep, I have sausage fingers some days,.

Me, I've never been on a boat with an engine....

Never even touched a jetski either.

Sorry to hear that, they have a tendency to actually move a bit easier with an engine.

And unlike in Philly, you don't need cheese to make your beefs taste good when you get one there.

At teh end of next week I will be rowing. Going up to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area. Chasing shallow Lake Trout, smallies, and some walleyes.

It is amazing how few people are willing to vacation where they have to work at it. In the BWCA no motors, wheels, sails, or anything mechanized is allowed. You have to carry your stuff on your back including your boat in between lakes. It tends to weed out the wimps.

I'm just too old and lazy to row anymore. We take an occasional canoe trip. But float downstream most of the time :)

We have several no motor propelled craft lakes here. Some are great fishing. Some are just mud puddles the state charges you to throw a line and hook in :)
