Now because I feel guilty that I've slacked off since 8AM this morning, I need to go to campus and study until the end of time, or tomorrow...whatever comes first.

I like it, I would trim it up as close to the size of the amps foot print that you can. Then brace at rear of it, with support running underneath the shelf. That way it would look as if it's floating. :)

Exactly what I was going for. The floating look. I Trimmed it down just to fit the screws. Pretty skinny for how wide these amps look. When I was testing this Idea with the amps, it seemed like it wouldnt fit, which is why I was looking for other ideas. But it seems like its going to fit. Im lookin for ways to brace it now, The bottom would be easy, triangles underneath, at the back.

Hey captn, I tried getting to tracker to 90 this morning on the way to work. Just to see if it could. I think the hamster needs more cheese or something :)

I would use a piece of mdf and run it about 3/4 of the way under neath. Attach it at the back with the triangles. Kind of like they do book shelves. :)

Excuse my crappy paint skills but something like this.

Top is from the front, bottom is from the side :)

You could round off the edges of the support to dress it up. Could even route a little out of the middle to cap your wires :)
