I cannot stand the Chargers. The look horrible if you ask me. Kinda thrown together look. Of course it doesn't help that they are a Chrysler product.

I didnt know ohms changes SQ

Considering it alters every other parameter, it can. Problem is once you load the driver in an enclosure, vehicle, then power it, you can pretty much throw the parameters out the window anyways.

MTX has a great marketing scheme.

400sq. ft of deadener?

You're in MECA, right? Does DB have the same rule about deadener that the Street classes do?

Recent developments.....Deadened the stratus a little. Got the trunk lid, doors (sort of) and the rear deck. I was amazed at the difference it made on the rear deck (raammat btw). It did not help the midbass of my stock 6.5s though :-D

I still have quite a bit left too. I'm going to do another layer on the trunk lid when i have time and that should help a lot. i'm also going to try to crawl in the trunk and do the bottom of the rear deck (read pain in my ass)

About 6 weeks before the components ship from AA and i still have no idea How i'm going to do my setup.

Lots of thinking to do

MECA SPL rules used to state that you could only use two layers of deadening max, so that's why I was curious. 400sq. ft for only two layers covers a lot of panels :)

Also, I'd be careful before deadening everything...I've seen deadening that increases your score, but if you're not careful, you could lose tenth's of a dB here and there.

yea its a '90 burban. I'll be doing 2 layers on the floor, headliner, and rear panels. and then do 1 layer per door for now. maybe 2
