seriously, I managed a restaurant for 5 years. worked there a total of 7 years. am still good freinds with the owners and that.

more importantly, i can tell you EVERY in & out of that place and the general business in this area (this is a big restaurant town) and it's ALOT more of a headache then people imagine.
