SHELBY MUSTANG BUILD

Recommended Posts

Update.

customer picked up the car today, was very pleased with it. But i was still not happy about the trunk piece. As you can tell from the pics, the top part of the FG is still a little off. But he is going to be brining the car back for undercarriage neons next week. So i have till then to figure a way to make that look better.

here are the pics. Let me know what you think.

that looks great but if he only needed to paint it then why did it get fudgeed??

maybe while he was sanding?

he sanded it with it off the trunk, in turn just "eyeballing" it. I guess his eyeballs are crooked.

I think the 2008 KS series would look better with the paint, silver cones and grills...Just a suggestion.

Clean install.

The Mustang itself appears to be really riced, aluminum wing and some 20's? C'mon.

Yep it sure is "riced" ............... it has stickers from Autozone on the side. We tried to talk him out of the wing but it was not going to happen.

and they are 22's.............. :suicide-santa:

I hate the wing. and yes the fiberglass is cockeyed, im still debating on what to do about it. The customer will be coming back this weekend to get more work done. so i have till then to figure out how to cover that up.

Can the right side be evened out with sanding? or will that comprimise the paint? The only reason you can the FG level is so noticeible is because its white on black and there is a black racing stripe going down the middle ( a Straight) black stripe. So it kinda pops out at ya.
