IA Deathrows

Recommended Posts

I'm really interested in the IA DR's and was wondering what people thought of them? The site says its a LSQ sub but I cant find much on the subs. I'm looking to put 1 15" in a ported box as a daily driver and run 1000W rms threw it.

EDIT:

Anybody? I know there has to be somebody out there with a single 15 ported. Or a similar setup that can give me some feedback on these subs.

If you just take your time and not rush it you will be fine..

Do it right and dont rig it..

There is never to be a rush to get your car audio done..

I'm impressed you're starting off your first with good equipment, unlike the majority

I figured if i did the research i could laugh in the faces of my friends with sealed p3's :idiot:

Any who its going to be a couple of weeks before i have the cash for the sub/box/amp/wiring.

Still waiting for somebody to chime in on their experiences with these subs.

Send "Incriminator" or "IA2" a message. Hopefully they can give you a good answer on what size box to use.

DR = :bull:

no really, imo they are the best subs nick has ever came out with. My girlfriend has 2 of the 12s on a saz 1500 in her 03 accord in a box I built in 20 minutes (literally) before a show one saturday and can do a 146 and change all day long and I know there is alot more in there if I'd just rebuild the box.

I'm getting ready to do 4 DR 15s behind the rear seat of my expedition (walled) with a pair of 1500s.

I'm also looking at using DR in my new bass race setup for 09....DRs are the best all around woofer out right now IMHO

The only DR setup i've done is 2 21" in a Suburban on 6kw. DAYUM. Anything smaller and i can't really comment from first hand. But the guys at IA are top notch you will NOT be dissapointed i promise.

I have 4 of the 15" DR's.They are awesome LSQ sub's IMO.They can get low as well as loud.I started off with one in a 2.4 cube ported box and it sounded great!Very transient keeping up with rap as well as rock. Then I put all 4 in a wall and was amazed at the output that I got. Also they handle power great.Right now I'm pushig 1500 to each daily and they love it:)

Interested in your build. I thought about going with M5-IXL 15's, but they are dual 2ohm and I wanted to run 2 on my SAZ-1500D. I am now considering IA DR's or LI's so that I can keep the warranty good on the amp. I will keep an eye out anxiously for your results.
