Recommended Posts

heyy, I've been tryin to get a hold of someone from Fi for a few week now (2-3) and I've never received a reply back reguarding shipping. I know a friend of mine is also waiting for a response (about 2-3 weeks as well). Anyone know who i can contact? Ive tried sales@fi and nick@fi and never got anything back...

somtimes emails get lost in the shuffle i could only image how many email are sent to that email address.... i know it has taken a few weeks for me to get an email back before..... bu thats what happens when you have a highly saught after product that has exploded on the car audio market...... remember FI is a small company

so

family is first.

you will get a email back... but the fourm is here to give a chance for users to help future customers... also scott and nick read the fourm as offten as possible.

Pretty sure i've got mine somewhat under control..but I could have looked over it.

Post your question here, odds are I didn't get it...I try my best to get all emails replied to in 48 hours or less if and all possible...

Just ask..i'll get you taken care of.

Thanks!

souds good, thanks Nick!

my question is how much would it cost to ship a 18" fully loaded BTL to Canada? My postal code is K2J-0H5 (Ottawa, Ontario). And how much power can i run to it safely for the sub on daily use?

P.S. - if you dont want to reply here, just e-mail me @ [email protected]

Thanks again!

Andrew

Via UPS it will be an additional $241 for shipping alone to get to you..now with this you get a tracking number and everything.

If you want to ship via USPS it will be an additional $205.48, but with this you get no tracking number or anything. Once we would mail it this way and it leaves our facility we will forward you the shipping documents and after that it is your baby. If the post office looses it then that's not our problem. We've had WAY too many packages get lost going to Canada using this method...

Thanks!

I live in Canada too so i was interested in the shipping quote. One thing that might help you out man is if you get it sent to a city/town close to the border in US, it'll save you alot of money because UPS charges an arm and a leg. From there you can not declare it at the border and save yourself even more money, the tax part, or declare it and be charged tax.

Just a thought, living 1 hour away from the border has really helped me in a couple of my purchases for other things.
