Please reassure me, Scott, Nick or Shawn

Last week I sent my Havoc 18 in for warranty. The only reassurance I need is that the diablo drive address is correct for AA warranty service.

Banging and rattling, started the day I got it. I think maybe a misaligned coil/suspension.... something like that.

Yes, thats where I sent it.

No we just moved from that warehouse to another in the same complex. I know the guy thats now in that space so he normally forwards anything that goes there to us. What shipper did you use, and do you have a tracker for it? We will find it and get it checked out ASAP.

.... our fault as we are working on the new site and havent updated the address on the old site. All dealers got the info, but not customers.

You'll probably have better luck emailing Nick.

Scott is sooo busy and hardly ever is able to answer emails like that.
