suede flocker

seen it a couple of times during my visits to select products site. anyone try this stuff? i am trying to get a better idea of the result i would get with it. my car has this felty suede material in the center console and ashtray area. is it similar to that? i was thinking of using it to line the bottom of the amp rack and wanted to know if it is decent or i should just do real suede?

The flocking gives a similar material like is inside of most center consoles and stuff. It's pretty easy to work with, BUT NOT VERY DURABLE AT ALL.
