alarm question

Hey guys, quick question, I was told by someone that when you get an alarm there are some small "horns" I guess that you can put in the inside of our car that make a hig pitch noise when your alarm goes off, and you can hide them. I gues they are like the size of a battery or something, I dont know. does anyone know anything about this or what they are called?

Yeah i've heard them....

They do cause discomfort in the inner ear...

loud enough for me not to want to stay in the car
