remote gain on 100.4

can i use the remote gain on my 100.4 to attenuate MY MIDS off channel 3 and 4 ?

reason i ask is because i was looking at other remote gains and saw that frequency was a factor in how those work so i just want to be sure

It controls CH 3+4 when the LPF is turned on.
