You seem slightly confused on your goals. The BM's are shallow mount SQ subwoofers while the BL would be considered a Ground Pounder.

Just stick with the BL if you have that much space available. Do a ported box and tune to around 35-37hz.

I agree with John. I would strongly lean towards the BL in this situation.
