Did not get universal coil...Possible to change?

If you didn't get the universal option and you have a Dual 1 sub.. you're going to need a new motor. Might as well just sell what you have and buy a new one.

I would guess you have dual 1 ohm coils? Just wire the voice coils in series instead of parallel and you'll get your 2 ohms.

oh. You'll just need a recone then. Send it back and ask for a dual 2 ohm recone (or have them send you the recone kit and you can do it yourself if you feel comfortable). Most recones are in the 60-100 range I think, plus shipping. I'm not sure what FIs is.

Depends on what motor you have, your sub will not be right for spec and it would not have our normal coils in it due to the ID of the top plate being tighter for must...

It is the 15 Bl 1ohm. Got it mid july.
