Where to Buy?????

I can't seem to find another place to buy a Cerwin Vega Vmax 12.2 anywhere but a local shop and from sonicelectronix. Anyone know of where i could pick one up for a decent price? Sonicelectronix wants $189, plus $31 in shipping fees. I am looking for the newest model, which is this one
