40-45Hz is way too high for most music.

Ported box we recommend using 3-5 cubic feet @ 30-35Hz. Again use 12-16 square inches of vent area per cubic foot of volume.

Post up the maximum dimensions your box can be and someone will help you with a design.

Port size and length will be defined by the box size. . .

At 4 to 4.5 ft of net volume, you need 55-70 sq inches of port. The length will be determined by the port dimensions and tuning frequency. Hard to determine a good port without knowning the max dimensions of the box.

Depends on what you want to achieve.

I've found 4.5cubes tuned to 33hz to give excellent slam and impact. Great for rap music.

If your playing dirty chopped and screwed remixs, try 5.5-6cubes tuned to 30hz, it'll defo move some serious air around the 25-33hz area ;)

y listen r&b and normal music y like to have it tuned around the 35 a 40 hz.

y have 4 cf of space in the booth.

so i can do " At 4 to 4.5 ft of net volume, you need 55-70 sq inches of port"

and al lenght around the 16 inch?

thanks fore the help so far
