6 DP21's? Now thats just silly, unless I enclose the whole truck bed...hmmm

The DP21's would be nice if I had the room but Im just not sure how I could set them without something so big just looking tacky

Well its a 2000 s10 with an extended cab. Right now it has a stock HU in it but im slamming a P-NAV512 into her. As for budget, well I have no budget. As for music its pretty much punk.

In that case I would get two Focal Utopias in a sealed enclosure, or maybe an Aura NS or two :)

Critical Mass...

But really, measure the height, width and depth that you would be willing to have a box take up and then we can really narrow your choices down.

I was actually looking at the focal 33wx but at 600 watts they are as powerful as i would like but the re. of 3.3 ohms is well...yea

nice! well while you wait, how much room visually would you want to take up?

You dont use the cab for any tools do ya or anything else?

Can you afford to use the entire width and depth of the cab?

Also, how far up you think u can go? To the headrest? All the way up like a wall? Maybe just a couple feet?

I have the whole cab to use. I dont want to go quite as high as the headrest, nothing above the window line. Only cuz in changing out the seats with ones from a 4runner.

If you're worried about sounding good, power handling should be the last thing that's on your mind.

agreed. I don't know what you mean to say by stating the Re. All 4 ohm subs have an Re around there.

I read the post after KU40 quoted it and I realized it wasn't the power handling you were miffed about, but the DCR...that's even less of a concern than the power handling is :D
