only 1 set of coils on kicker l5

So i recently borrowed some l5's from a friend, but they only have 1 set of voice coils. The magnet has a sticker that says kicker l5 dual 4ohm front says kicker and is square. There is holes on the other side of the basket for more terminals*the gold colored screw things that you put the wire in*

looking on the sub there is no spiders or anything for a 2nd coil, any ideas?? thought all of them were dual 4

i'll borrow the digital camera from work tomorrow, best way to describe it is only has 1 positive hookup on back of sub and 1 negative.

and i don't recall kicker ever having screw type terminals, always push type.

unless it's some really early version, as the solo symbol is the older, early one.

That is no Kicker sub, the cone and basket looks like a Hifonics Brutus, I bet you can peel the Kicker sticker right off the cone. Tell your friend to get his money back!

mr jones,google blitz subwoofers. you can pick up all you want.

the cone is closer to the Blitz version, as is the basket. both blitz and hifonics share the basket, but the hifonics has a smooth surround, or at least a cover or teh rideges.
