We run a tight ship and that is that. The problem is people can't take constructive criticism and get all worked over some words on the internet. If what you see typed on a screen in front of you pisses you off, then you have far deeper issues that need to be addressed. Really, just let it roll.

Moderators here only edit a post if something posted is in inflammatory, inappropriate, or just flat out wrong. As Ryan stated above, constructive criticism is given here to help people learn, in no way is it done to degrade or flame someone. It that were happening, there is no way that person would be a moderator here, I can tell you that for sure. If you have an issue with a moderator or person on the staff, be a man about it and PM them directly, don't take the lowest road and try to act tough and make a topic about it, that is seriously poor taste. If that does not solve your issue, PM ME directly and I will address it.
