Yep...

Recommended Posts

So I signed back up @ a gym on Monday - I've been so busy for about a year or so working out has been spotty at best.

Decided to suck it up and start going again... the gym is open until 10 at night so I can manage to make it in, at least for an hour if I can pry myself away from my e-mails at night.

Went pretty easy compared to what I used to do on Monday for chest and triceps and dead lifts (cardio too)... got up very sore Monday. Well, enter today... very painful to move *laughs* Thats what I get for slacking for so long.

Triceps are the worst... can barely straighten my arms out, chest is pretty sore... and my lower back is surprisingly sore considering I only did 1/2 of what I normally used to do on dead-lifts (didn't go past 225 on Monday).

But yes... back in the game! Went again Tuesday and took it a bit easier on biceps and lats so I could move around and test amps and speakers today :)

Nice to see you back in the game.

Enjoy your leg day and the following three days of not being able to sit down on the toilet, bend over, squat, sit down, tie your shoes or put on your pants ... you know exactly what I am talking about :P

I dont excersise work is enough of a work out

im with you, lifting 15 pound springs all day is a good work out by itself. its easy in the begining but after 7 hours of doing it you get pretty tired. back to topic i never went to a "gym" before just the weight room at my highschool to bench thats about it couldn't see paying someone to work out it should be the other way around.

I get paid to train and the Federal (+ maybe Provincial) government will be issuing tax breaks in the very near future. I can't complain.

Are you saying you don't see why you should pay somebody to use $80,000+ of equipment in a big area with provided locker room and facilities while providing a place to get away from all your distractions and focus on your own health?
