Box for OZ ME10

This is a build for someone on another forum but I thought I'd post it here also.

Boz is for an OZ Audio ME10 it is 1.25 ft^3 net tuned to 34hz using a 3" Aero. It will be double baffled. flush mount with an amp rack on top for an Autotek XS-900.4

Design, the amp rack was a late addition .

Both baffles are now mounted...

OK, I got a little more done.

Rounded over the edge of the trim piece 1/8", just enough to take the edge off.

and cut the hole for the speaker terminal.

what type of paint do you use? do you have to put something on the mdf before applying the paint?

I used Rust-oleum primer and paint

You need to make sure you prime the MDF before painting. The surface of the MDF isn't as bad but the cut ends will really suck up the paint so priming it will save you a lot of time and paint.

Just need to cut the aero to length and install and install the speaker terminal.
