Hmm interesting. Don't really know how i managed to miss that. But its rather informative. Answered some of my questions. I do believe that i want to go Active tho. Since i have a 9887. So now to decide on some 6.5" drivers, and tweets. I was looking at the Seas prestige neos, and the Mach5 6.5 Any suggestions? Good stuff. how would they work together. Also my 6.5 is located at the bottom of the door in the front corner. I would be mounting the tweeters in the factory locations would that i had them from the factory. Which i measured to be 17" from the center of the 6.5" And it would be located in the front top of the door panel......

Those are probably going to be the set locations. Unless it would be wiser to put the tweeter closer to the woofer. Also the tweeter/woofer choices are not set. Neither is the amp. I'm and wanting to start purchasing this week. Hoping to have the highs and mids installed and dialed in next week.

On a side note what do you guys think about the IMPRINT processor for the 9887? To buy or not to buy? The more i read into it the more i think its just a waste of money.

well i just bought a sundown 100.4, and a set of kicker RS6.5" from Godsmack. So i guess now i need to start working on a build log and let this thing die lol
