If The 2 12'' BTL's Are Louder Which Options & What Does Each Option Do? Becuase I Like Lots & Lots Of Bass So Could You Guys Please Tell Me What Each Specs Is & Does.

Oh Yeah I Personally Think The 2 BTL's Will Be Louder Because 2 Of Them Is 4000 Rms & The 3 BL's Are 3000 Rms So Bascially The BTL's Is Winning By 1000 More Rms.

YES!!

I get to be the first to respond to the 56th thread just like this!!!!

Hmm, let's see

comparing basics-

2 12s to 3 12s to 3kw to 4kw.

2 12s off of 4kw= x amount of output

3 12s off of 3kw= x amount of output.

it takes double surface area or double power to potentially gain 3Db.

So, going from 2 to 3 12s potentially is a 1.5Db gain.

Going from 4kw to 3kw is a 1.5db loss.

So, lets say for example 2 12s off of 4kw is 150Db.

Add one more 12 adds 1.5Db, but subtract 1000wrms and you have lost 1.5Db.

Result- Either setup should potentially do the same.

But i prefer the 3 12s because that is a better efficient setup.

haha yeah man

how big of space do you have for these things? and can your car even handle that much power? otherwise I guess the best we can say is what shizzon came up with without knowing more.

If you can afford the space and not the power requirements, then maybe look into some 18's or something for a bit more boom for your watts.
