Don't have time to read it all, though the topic of the thesis seems some what interesting. Sadly on that forum (as with so many places, cable news stations being a great example) there are more then a few people on extreme opposite ends of the political spectrum that will spend their entire time trying to poke fun, make snide remarks, or degrade the other side because they feel their point of view is superior, while glossing over their parties blatant mistakes or mishaps. As of the last few years, with the presidential position up for grabs, and the track record of the current president, the far left liberals seem to be on the most offensive approach, mostly avoiding the direct and logical route of trying to work together to find a better solution to the increasing problems, but by taking the low road of the relentless distorted negative verbal remarks filled with hatred directed at the other side or anyone who does not follow their wishes. I am not saying the republicans don't do it, they are just a guilty, but the seemingly liberal blind bandwagon is growing non-stop and the publications and TV networks are allowing it to be printed and broadcast which has a direct trickle down effect on the hearts and minds of many weak Americans. Sorry for the rant, I consider myself independent, but I am so sick of politics at this point I have lost motivation to delve into things of this nature. On the surface, this appears to be another negative attempt to bash someone, in turn doing nothing positive in the end.

/rant.
