SAX 100.4 at 8 ohms

What kind of power does the 100.4 make per channel at 8 ohms?

Not tested as far as I know, what are you trying to drive?

I was thinking about getting a couple Morel home tweeters, but all of them are 8 ohm. Do you think it would keep up with the lower and mid range on 60 watts? I'm running 2 Q 12's in a sealed box off a Sundown 1500D and PG Ti6 midrange

2 8 ohms on 1 channel is 4 ohms.... so 2 sets would be 4 ohms stereo... or 16 ohms... its all in how you wire them

Depending on which Morels you will be fine. ALL of the drivers in both my cars are 8 ohms (excluding subs).
