Kerfed Box

can someone tell me what are the benefits or any of building a kefed box..they look good as hell but is all the extra work really worth it..jus wanted some opinions

as i am sure Strat will tell you if he sees this, there are some output benefits that come out when rounding sections of the enclosure

i feel they improve the output of an enclosure. kind of like using flared areoports. one thing i have noticed with my kerfed enclosure is minimal port noise. i would think that a btl on 2.5kw would have port noise like a mofo. but it's quite clean.

i peeped your box build and it was impressive...did you do the kerf cuts on a table saw or what
