you need to have special custom made brackets to be able to mount the large alt in the stock position. with that being said, instead of mounting the alt in the stock mounting holes, the alt will mount onto the brackets, then the brackets will mount into the stock location of where the amp used to be sitting at. you will need to find someone who will be able to make you these custom brackets. along with that you might be needing different lenght belts to be run in your car.

i bought the biggest amp he had that was a direct bolt on so i would not have to modify mine. i know of nobody down here that would be able to make me custom brackets. so :/

doing custom alternator brakets are not for the faint harted. Look at you bay very carefully and think about it before doing anything. Check sizes brainstorm and hopefully u can get it working

thats alot of battery for 6000 watts

well how many should i run? i have seen people with less watts running more batts then im planing on running but i also have 8 kicker 6x9s and 4 kicker tweets that i will be running to 4 more 200watt amps so alltogether about 7000w total.

Whew, 1 run of 0gauge for each cell....that is a whole lotta wire being ran, have fun :)

Yea but if your gonna invest this much into a system might as well do it right the first time. That way you dont have to go back later to fix prior mistakes :)

k nate at EA said that a 225amp is the biggest he can make me for a direct bolt on so im gonna go with that and 5 powermaster d3100 in back and 1 yellowtop up front that should be good for 2 SAZ-3000D right?

IMO you have it done well... the only problem i see is that at idol... your alt will only be putting out like 90 amps.... but with that many cells you should be able to stand and show off for a few mins.. but u may have to keep a foot on the fuel pedel
