tuning those subs that low will only cause you to lose out on some output, try tuning closer to like 33 hz, you'd be amazed how low 33 hz, hardly any songs out there even hit below 35-36, the smaller the ported box, the larger the output, but less musical, the larger the box, the more musical.

wel i bought some chit boxes cuz i thought they would work well i was wrong so we ported the ones i got to 2 28 hertz just to put in my buddies truck cuz i dont have my truck yet anyway...they go low and everything shakes with the 2 in there the hood steering wheel doors and the back window would probably break if we could put the other 2 in there lol so i was just wondering what yall thought so i will prly just keep them at 28 hertz when i build my box

I think the tuning is a bit too low for a car...

But I'm a fan of sealed in cars :D

i seriously doubt the steering wheel or glass will break with 4 8s.

I hope u get those 8s on a meter because i was gonna go with those exact 8s but decided to go with who i've always went with in the past.

if it was me i'd tune to 30hz if you absolutely have to tune that low, since once the box is in the car it will naturally tune 1-2hz lower. should work out nice if you have the power to push them.
