Need help on a long lasting durable alternator

Recommended Posts

Hey guys, I am new to these forums and new to Fi.

What i was looking at over the past 2 weeks is that in order to power these subs, you need to require

a) cash

b) automotive parts

c) More parts

Lets just stick with b),

Now i was looking at some of the earlier posts, alot of them were for the Iraggi Alternators.

I myself have a 95 Honda accord.

I Like it.

I obviously need a new alternator if i am going to get myself 2 Fi subs. Everyone is going for the Iraggi Alternators. I myself can't find one anywheres on the internet. I checked eBay and all they have is 60amp. I am pretty sure 60 amp wont compare to a 2500w amp. So i came to the professionals, you guys, for some advice, tips, and anything in between on helping me out.

If you would rather email me, just send a mail over I am always checking my mail.

[email protected]

Thanks and have a great night.

-Curt

hey there! I also have a 1995 Honda Accord

its nice to see someone with the same car on here. Do you have anything installed in yours? I run an 18" Fi BL in my honda. Im not sure if you have a box in there or not but if you need a good starting point for measurements I can maybe help you out. In terms of how big you can fit in there, etc

I had to mount my BL horizontally to make it fit

Iraggi -

615-287-7991

Call him early in the day, like around noon or so. He is a 1 man company but very good.

Ask him about his lifetime warranty.

He makes a LOT more alts than what's on ebay.

I have a sledge hammer enclosure, with 2 12'' Pioneer Subs, a worthless 1.5 Farad cap, and a Kole Audio 1920w Amp. Not much room is left either in my car.

Also can someone email me a picture or a how to, on doing the big 3, i heard that is a good necessity to have when powering subs with a high wattage amp.

Thanks,

-Curt
