id go for a 18" fully loaded BL in its optimal ported enclosure

I listen to alot of rap or any music with bass 36mafia 50cent bass cd's and every now and then techno meatloaf or some rock but very seldom

Depends on how much space you have to work with. The 18" will need a substantially bigger box than the 15" will.
