RL i 8 or 10 for single cab truck

hey guys, ive been looking at the sooundsplinter rl i and i was wondering if i should go with the 8 or 10 in a 1993 chevy single cab silverado with a bench seat.

do you have room for the 10"? If so, and you want a bit more output, go for the 10".

Going to depend on your enclosure more than anything. There is no negative reason to getting the 10, other than it takes more space than the 8.

wow thanks for the fast reply. i think i will go with the 10. i used to have 2 12" memphis pr's in a sealed box that was around 2.5cuft.

what would be a good box size for the 10" rl i? i would like to try a ported box for it if possible

would it be better to have it at 1.2cu ft? and could i use a round port instead of a slot or would it not sound as good

As long as the round port is large enough, there should be no sound difference between it and a slotted port.
