lol i need some motivation...i need to get my ass back in the gym...used to work out 4 days out of the week! soon again hopefully

I got some motivation for you man! I sort packages at FedEx over night... ITS INTENSE! Its to the point of 3-4 packages a second sometimes! Thats reading 3-4 zipcodes, and moving those packages to one of two locations, or letting them ride on by to the secondary sorter! I SWEAT IN 30-40 DEGREE WEATHER WEARING SLEEVLESS SHIRTS! Its the most intense 4 hours of the day. Normally after that, I'll get to sleep 3-6 hours, then go deliver pianos for 6-10 hours on average, sometimes even over 12 hours. Just the other day, we moved a nice big piano up about 30 steps, and it was a piece of cake!!!!!!! I work out too! Sometimes after the piano job, when I get off.. I'll head home, and work the fudge out!!!! You got to be intense man! I don't mess around when it comes to my jobs and my working out! I also spend tons of time working on audio stuff, and being INTENSE about it! The other day, when I was cutting wood in my garage for the godzilla box, I SCREAMED FOR NO REASON, THEN I SLAMMED TWO PIECES OF WOOD TOGETHER SO HARD, THAT THEY FUSED TOGETHER AND FORMED A BOX FOR A PAIR OF 18S!!!!!!!!! GRIP IT AND RIP IT MAN! It feels so good to be intense and to get things done with extreme power. Being so physical makes life easier when something hard comes up!! Guess who helped me load my 21 cubic foot ported box I used to have.... NOBODY! I've got the arm span of a mutated pterodactyl, and the grip strength of a gorilla thats trained in arm wrestling! I'm also going to bed RIGHT NOW! Goood night!

EDIT: You can do anything you want health wise... its mind over matter my friends!
