Well I had two phone numbers for him, didnt know the second one was a home phone number. Felt bad calling the man at his home while he was off.

But being the awesome person he is, he took happily took my order and thanked me for calling.

Your absolutely right!!! His costumer service is second to none. He will return phone calls. Even if he is busy, he will let you know and ask can he call you back. AND GET THIS.....He actually calls you back!!!!!!! Damn you don't get that everyday. I ordered recones from someone about a month ago, still did not get them. And when I call, it is always an excuse why they were not mailed to me. But this never happens with Jake. Man Jake, keep up the good work!!!!!

Jacob has the best customer service in the business hands down. I know when I do get around to competing again Jacob will be the first person I call for equipment.
