Scott/Nick...Urgent.

Hey Scott and/or Nick. So far you guys have been great regarding communication, but I sent in a 15'' BL with a cracked magnet (First in Fi History!) and I was told I would have a new one shipped out shortly. I was just curious on the status of that new sub? Thanks for your time.

Did they not send you a tracking number? If so just check that and you can know exactly where it is... Unless it hasn't shipped yet...

Yeah no tracking number yet, expected one several days ago. Its all good I would just like some confirmation this thing is getting shipped out, I understand completely how busy Fi Car Audio is though. Thanks.

Hmmm... Ill check first thing in the morning. Sub is done and should have shipped, but at the same time you should have received a number for it as well. I believe you had mentioned this was for an customer install too...

Ill let you know tomorrow and get it to you in time no matter what.

Any update?

So I am pretty sure the sub is built, but can I get some confirmation on its shipping? I go out Sunday to get the car wired, just want to know when I can mount the subs.
